@janiceSTAAR Hey Janice, no this is NOT a crash diet, therefore theres no “rebound” weight gain, I’m after permanent weight loss that you can keep off for the rest of your life!

hey, i’ve subscribed to this program and probably gonna try it soon, but i would like to know – when i finish this program, will i start to gain weight again when i stop? especially if i stop follow the diet? i will probably keep exercising, though in a less intense way. thank you!
