I know that if you buy certain youth sizes it is almost the same as buying women’s sized shoes, and I would just like to know what size to get in women’s that is the same as a 4Y.

womens sizes are usually always 1.5-2 sizes bigger. You might just have to go to the store and try some out so you can know for sure what size you need

I’m a sissy transvestite. I wish I wasn’t but I have tried to accept the fact that I’ll never be a “real man.” Part of that acceptance was committing to regurlarly shaving my legs and wearing panties every day. Unfortuately, a coworker recently somehow noticed that I was wearing panties and it is now very obvious that she told everyone in the office. The whole situation has been extremely humiliating for me at work and I am wondering if I should just give in completely and start wearing women’s jeans and pants, tops, and women’s shoes and boots.

I think that would cause even more drama among the office crowd. Some people are just not mature enough to accept differences in others. If you like your job, you could always speak with your boss about the woman’s behavior. If you didn’t like your job, you could start searching for a new one and go on interviews dressed as a woman.
I would imagine it’s difficult having to act like something you’re not. Good luck to you.

I have answered a question for you before, so I am familiar with your situation. While I think is is acceptable for you to dress the way you feel most comfortable while OFF work, dressing like a full-fledged woman while working is pushing the envelope too far. None us show our whole selves at work to our co-workers.
Keep in mind that while your co-worker has seen you, many others have not.

Aww, come here and have a hug. I feel your pain, because I too, used to have a dilemma with expressing myself vs conforming. Only mine involved my hair, which I wanted to wear natural (nappy & curly) vs. using flat-irons.
Guess which one I chose in the end.
It’s going to be hard at first, because some people will be proud of you and others might be mad. But, your job is not supposed to discriminate against you. So, first, check your HR policy about discrimination on the basis of orientation, creed, etc.
Second, do it slowly. Start with a little eye makeup if you like. Then add a woman blouse and maybe some Mary Jane shoes. When you’re comfortable with those things, then you may want to add a skirt.
The whole point is that you can’t hide yourself forever. Both you and other people are going to have to accept you for who you are.
I know this because after I said goodbye to my flat irons and hello to my nappy, curly and thick hair, I also said hello to myself. And everyone else learned to accept it.
Besides, I’d rather have someone hate the real me than love the fake me.
