If the dress shirt is a solid color, wear a cami with a contrasting color under it and leave the buttons open. If the dress shirt has a print or stripe of some sort then wear a solid contrasting colored cami.

You could leave a couple buttons open with a silky or lacy cami underneath. Accessorize with a belt or casual neacklaces. Wear with jeans and heels. Wear with a denim jacket.

I would leave it out with a great belt or a scarf tied around the waist. OR
You could wear a great chunky necklace with it and tuck it in.
Either way, wear it with jeans and a cute strappy high heeled pair of sandals.

Try wearing a coordinating color cami under it and leaving it unbuttoned at the top. Pair it with blue jeans and big beaded jewelry. A belt around the waist is cute, but a little more dressy. Ballet flats are also cute with this look because they are not formal nor super casual.

put a lacey feminin tank underneath…and leave the button down shirt mostly unbuttoned except for a button or two in the middle or bottom. pair it with some dangle braclets, and cute hoop earings. Style your hair and makeup in a very feminine sexy or pretty way.

Wear a tweedy vest on top of the shirt. Keep the shirt unbuttoned as low as you’re comfortable with. Wear a menswear style ribbed tank underneath. Put with jeans or cargos or camouflage funky pants. Shoes? Boots, maybe.
