wellness tips–: How do I build up my stamina?
I started taking my Wellness class for my AA degree, and I decided that I really do want to try and get into better shape. However, I have little to no stamina and so I need some hints/tips on how to efficiently raise my stamina. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
