Question: Is there a website that has free weight-loss advice (similar to a personal trainer)?
I don’t have the money to pay for a personal trainer or an expensive workout program- I need to lose weight without losing alot of money. Are there any websites that might cater to my needs?

you dont need a website to lose weight, its common sense. just exercise regularly. and u should be eating vegetarian. it is the best lifestyle, the healthiest food, and low in fat. check out veg.websites for food ideas. good luck

cmon look u hav to use ur common sense. thers no easy way out. i cant get that thru ur head only u can change urself. Start taking baby steps for exercisin n u will c the difference so quickly. Dont try all this Jenny n Craig Bullcrap all these fastSLIM diets its full of bullpoo. Seriously just do walking n ultimately runing do gym, socialise n exercise, try sex 2 is nice half hour of sex is 5 hours of walking trust me i know
