I have been playing Runescape and i’ am a level 47. On Runescape i see females wearing white boots, but they are kinda like sandals in one way. And i don’t know what it’s called. Also on Runescape some females wear high heeled black boots. I want to know how to get these boots/sandals, and where to get them. I’am a non-member still, please try to help me.

Motorcycle boots all year long. With heels chains and steel toes. You have too wear them on the bike even in the Summer. For protection

That depends on the type. For walking, probably sandals, but they have to be walking sandals — maybe Earthshoes or Birkenstocks, something like that.
