That would be really smart I actually don’t know what kind of heel insert would be good but that is a great idea. But another thing you should consider with high heels is that your constantly on your toes putting all that weight and pressure on them. I recommend buying some and then wearing them for a couple of hours just to see if they are pinching your toes or not or if they are too small on your toes. If so go to a place where they buff shoes, stretch shoes for you etc. And ask them if they can stretch the toe part a little because its pinching your feet the great thing is that this helps so much and it only cost a couple of dollars.
