Hi,I did the following:
Question: Nutrition advice for restrictive diet?
For medical reasons I need to be on a diet of fruit, vegetables, wholewheat pasta, nuts and seeds.
I’m a life long vegetarian so I have usually acquired my protein from eggs and cheese, now that I no longer have that option, where can I get my protein from? Which nuts and seeds or veg have the highest content?
Many thanks

Tofu, tempeh, beans, seitan.
Try your local Asian store. They also might have dried soy/tofu slices which you have to soak for 20 min. than you can marinate them and stir fry them.
In the Indian cuisine you’ll find different kind of beans (lentils), like moong beans, easilly digested.

Seaweed is a vegetable. Its a vegetable from the sea. It contains 64grams of protein for every 112 gram serving. That’s roughly about 0.246917734 pounds or 3.95068374 ounces.
Note: I am talking about spirulina seaweed.
