I’m just about to finish my 9th week. I’ve seen tremendous results. I used to be a skinny little guy who was always the weakling during sports sessions in my school. Thanks to p90x I’ve bulked up and my heart’s stronger. I adhered to my diet plan very strictly.

nutrition advice–: Need some nutrition advice. Want to lose around 40lbs. I am 18 years old.?
I am 18 years old and I want to lose some weight really bad. Obviously i know i need to eat better and exercise more. I have just joined a gym and plan on going regularly. But when it comes to nutrition, well i am rather un-knowledgeable. Just looking for some advice. More than like staying away from junk food lol. that’s a give.

i’m in the same boat girl. well, you know you should exercise, at least go for brisk walks. consume a lot of protein, like lean meats….chicken, fish; als, green veggies, salad (not alot of dressing), 100 calorie packs of snacks bt just one at a time. get on livestrong.com and do a calorie count…..calories=weight. enter in your info and follow it. i’ve been doing it for 2 weeks and have lost 7 lbs.

-Drink lots of water, especially before meals it helps you to reduce the amount u r consuming plus water is needed for body metabolism process.
-Drink green tea it slow down the absorption of fats and it’s anti-oxidant as well
-Increasing your intake of vegetables also helps
-finally you can try some medicines that decrease the appetite as Chitosan
