Q&A: Any advice on Nutrition for basketball, XC, or track for a high school athlete?
Anything from training, to the day of the race or game, recovery, etc

CARBS AND PROTIEN.
eat lots of pasta and chicken. veggies are great. drink TONS of water, a gallon a day is good. don’t eat sweets or fried food.
just follow that all the time: pre-game, recovery, and training. i ate like that for a week and i improved my xc pace tremendously. plus i felt really strong. goooood luck. =]
