Also, anyone who owns a boutique. I would really appreciate any and all advice you could give. I’ve already started working on a business plan. It will house unique women’s apparel and some of my own designs as well as other designers and vintage pieces. I might add accessories later.
I’d like to know how to get more companies or designers to showcase their designs from time to time…

I don’t know much about where the best place to put it, but I think the square/place near university way would be a nice place to put a boutique. I think it’s a good spot. 
It’s pretty busy around there, and many people enjoy shopping there. Plus, I’m sure a lot of people who come from different places would enjoy the modern architect around there.My sister goes to UW and on the weekends she enjoys going out and shopping. 
Just a generalization that might not be true, but, you might get lots of college students in the area.
D: And sorry, I’m not so sure about how to get designers to showcase their designs from time to time. 
After all, I am just a silly money spender.

Everett or Lynwood are the best. Then try Carnation. The store that opened near me last month got a great write-up in the newspaper and they are booming. I was surprised there was so much demand.
