A lot of fairskinned aka pale girls are not that confident in the summer. They don’t wear shorts or tank tops or flipflops often because of the color of their skin.They are afraid people will make fun of them.
It seems strange,but it’s true.It’s not a racist thing either.
Because tan is apparently “in” , it’s not good to be pale and people make comments on pale people.
What can a pale girl do to be more confident?Wearing tank tops,and shorts and flipflops etc.?And how can they get tan without using the tanning products or going to the beach looking like an idiot trying to tan?
i’m just afraid to go out and tan and do all that.and wear shorts etc.
i’m afraid to buy the tanning lotion stuff because people will stare at me.especially the cashier
Do you think pale will be in this summer?as a fashion trend..like fair skin

Jergens Natural Body Glow for fair skin seriously does work and doesn’t make you look orange. It doesn’t make you too tan either… it just makes you look less pale and a lot more “healthier” I guess you could say. I started using it about a month ago and now I never go anywhere without it. Plus, it makes you look and feel more confident when having to wear shorts and stuff. I seriously recommend it.

To get tan you have to go to the beach because I don’t recomend tanning beds, too much radiation!! Just be yourself what can anyone say, everyone has FLAWS. But if you are pale no one will make fun and if you are a hottie then they def. will not.
Try the tanning booth and just go in your backyard and tan lol.

I happen to have no problem wearing whatever I want during the summer and I’m not tan (quite the oddity here in SoCal). Tan might be ‘in’ now but it 10 years when all those beach fried girls start rotting away from skin cancer, not so much.

Im pale, and I tan in stupid ways.
I actually managed to tan only one half of my face.
Not to mention my chest was burnt to such a crisp so that it now comes up bright red whenever it’s touched.
Don’t forget sun lotion.

I would suggest going to a tanning salon and using a tanning bed. And using cocoa butter will hold the tan in your skin so that the tan doesn’t fade. And I would also tell them not to care what anyone thinks. I was really tan last summer and alot of guys made fun of me b/c they said that I looked Mexican. And I am not racist what-so-ever against mexicans, the only reason I was offended was b/c they meant it as an insults.People are gonna make fun of you no matter what you look like b/c ppl are haters.

I’m pale myself, but I naturally tan. It is a little hard at first because I don’t like showing my legs off and stuff, but the more you go out wearing shorts, etc. the better you feel each time.
Just start of wearing tights at first, get a nice body lotion that kind of makes yor legs shimmery or get some tanning lotion.
Also wear white shorts, they sort of make your legs look a little browner and nice.
Besides there are loads of pale people, some can’t tan at all, just burn really badly, imagine how they must feel.
Also having a tan isn’t everything, pale people shouldn’t be left out.
