does anyone have boy good exercise tips that i can use at home as all gym’s are too far away. anything that will offer good results in a short amount of time, and some hint’s on some good diet tips

Nothing works in “a short amount of time”. Work hard, be consistent (check on the internet for exercises & diet) and get rest between workouts. Keep a positive attitude also.

    Cutting grass is great exercise and you can make some money too. Other types of yard work can be good exercise as well.

    Jumping rope, jogging, playing basketball, football and baseball.

    Martial arts, yoga and aerobics are also good calorie burners…you can find a lot of routines for this sort of thing online for free.

    For dieting tips, Drink plenty of cold water and avoid soft drinks. Avoid fried foods and sugary foods and starchy foods. For each meal, cut your portion size down a bit.

    Eat more vegetables and fruits.

    There are loads of things you can do, the amount of time it takes depends on how dedicated you are… You can achieve a lot more from exercising 3 times a week then you can from just once a week (not that once a week is bad).
