Great guide for hypothyroidism suffers,
With the state of the health care system in the USA and the way doctors just drug up people for everything, people need to be pro-active when it comes to their health.
After dealing with 2 doctors who don’t seem to care about my desire to naturally fix my under-active thyroid, I got fed up and started looking for information on hypothyroidism so I could heal myself naturally.
I bought 2 books on Amazon (this being one of them) and this book lists a bunch of diet, supplements, and other information that’s hard to categorize.
It’s a really short book and gets right to the point.
Within the first week I noticed an improvement in my energy levels and since then I’ve also seen an improvement in a handful of my other hypothyroid symptoms. I’m starting to feel and be the person I should be and not some tired, worn down person.
I think you’d be happy if you got this book, but even if you don’t, definitely do some research and find alternative information and don’t just passively rely on your doctor to drug you up. That will just make things worse over the long run.
Take responsibility for your health. Find natural alternatives.

Learned a few new things that will help,
This is a pretty good ebook. Like it said in the description, there’s no filler or fluff. It digs into the tips immediately. That’s good, I like that. But if you’re someone who wants a long book with an overview on hypothyroidism, this may not be for you.

Increased energy in 4 days,
I just got this a few days ago and that’s too soon to notice any dramatic weight loss, but can I echo what others have said in that I have more energy than before. I haven’t had the energy levels of a normal person for a couple years. That alone makes this ebook worth buying for me.
