Are the brand name shoes (like Adidas, Nike, Reebok, K-Swiss, etc.) being sold at a relatively low price because there are minor defects in them? I remember going to a Shoe Pavilion and I saw a pair of sneakers that had this hidden un-removable black stuff in the tongue of the shoes and they were white shoes. So the brand name shoes being sold there, are they there because they are the reject shoes?
Oh..I never knew Payless doesn’t sell brand names. I haven’t gone there in years.

No there is nothing wrong with them, its just that a lot of newer, more stylish shoes are coming out!

Payless doesn’t sell good brandnames. They are all knockoffs. Most of them aren’t even real leather. As far as the other places, I have no idea. They might be seconds or possibly last season’s stock. If you want to make sure you’re getting the best shoes for a good price just wait until Nordstroms, Saks, Bloomingdales, etc have a big sale and buy them then. I know it seems odd for a guy to know so much about expensive shoes but I’m sort of a snob I guess. I promise I’m not queer. Really.

With a discounted store it works like this they get in a case and if a there is a slight-es problem they send them there… the problem may not be big at all and it might not occur on every shoe in the case they just send the whole thing back and they send to a discount store .. the problem can be as minor as the color isn’t exactly to perfection , the white pose to be a little lighter then its made and they’ll send them right back oh and also you can get pertty much any show thjat you want on ebay alot cheaper and theres nothin wrong and there brand new

Heck no! That’s my favorite time to get them. If they’re on sale does it really matter if they have a defect? You’re only paying a small price. And most of the time nothing is wrong with them.

payless doesnt sell name brand..but they do have some cute shoes for cheap…other stores have sales on name brands same ones you would go to the mall and pay twice as much..

No, not at all I got me a pair of white canvas shoes from there today. They look just like Lacoste shoes, just missing the allagort. Also, the payless AE collection is cute too. But, I have to admit, not all my shoes come from there. I love Pumas and I plan on getting a pretty pricey pair of boots this season. It’s just up to what you want to pay.

They could have minor defects, but also a lot of these are clearance shoes. I have one pair of reeboks from an outlet store and they’re totally fine, they’re just from past seasons.

Payless doesn’t have namebrand shoes but they are cute. I wear payless shoes, and they last pretty good.
