I’m fifteen and I’m going on a diet this summer.
I pretty much have my exercises down:
-swimming
-bike riding
-rollerblading
-jogging as much as possible (mostly in the morning)
Do you have advice on how long I should workout everyday?
If you have any other exercises I can do tell me, please!
I just need advice on what I SHOULD and SHOULDN’T eat!
Can you pretty please help me out with that?
I want to make sure I’m eating right with these workouts.

good workouts, you should eat protein, fruits, vegetables, water. no junk food, not even if it’s just one piece or one little piece, etc. you got to stay discipline.

ur working out really well i would say not to work out so much where its at the point where your worn out
jogging- 20 minutes
bike riding- 35 minutes
rollerblading- 35 minutees
and swimming at least a hour or 2
u should avoid any drinks that have a lot of sugar esp. soda
and the foods that you eat shouldnt be greasy but should be orgainic or made by your own hands, you cant trust fast food or food cooked for you at a store b/ you dont no how much fat or calories are in it. try eating small and in between meals have a light snack. im 15 to and ive dont this and i have seen a difference and i suggest that while your jogging mix in some walking to that helps you more.

Exercise sounds good, just be careful not to over do it, and have at least one day of rest each week, And be sure to stretch before and after you do any activity. What to eat is pretty basic. Just make healthy choices; water instead of sugary drinks, fruits and veggies, proteins, and dairy since your still growing/developing. Its ok to have “junk” food if you want, but do so in moderation, just have one serving instead of three or something, lol. don’t need to starve yourself or anything, be sure to get between 1200-2000 calories a day. Have fun!

hey there! I need some diet advice. I am a full time nursing student and don’t really have time to cook, but i need to loose weight so bad. I gained so much weight because of stress and now i started feeling the bad consequences of my actions. please help me!

honestly cutting out bad carbs really helps. Stay away from white bread, potatoes, corn, and more white bread and flour. Now I don’t mean for you to not eat any carbs, but eating whole wheat pasta ( which takes some getting used to for some people) instead of white and substituting good carbs for bad helps.
Also stay away from foods that have partially hydrogynated oils.

a sensible diet and exercise are the proper ways to lose weight eat more fruits a d vegetables and seek help for the stress maybe meditation good luck its challenge

What you can do (easy solution since you don’t have much time).,. Just buy salad and vegies when you go shopping and when you get home, just have salad and vegies (for example) for dinner, with grilled chicken. Buy low fat foods, salad and vegies etc.. try grilling (if possible) the chicken etc, as it doesn’t need any oils or anything.. And i guess if you have a few spare minutes, go for a stroll around the block of walk around the back yard a few times, or even boogie down to 5 or 6 songs without stopping!!

hello! i’m a nurse and i gained weight becoz of my work, i can say that eat heavy breakfast, light lunch and light diner before six. can lose weight, based on my experienced. skipping meals can lead to gaining weight. dont eat to much sweets and do some exercise. you cant study well if your stomach is empty, your brain needs food.good luck!
