cotton dress–: can i wear a cotton dress with ugg boots?
i live in florida so it is kinda cool outside. i am wondering: can i wear my classic cardy uggs or baily button chestnut uggs with a cotton dress?

But…well, I live in southern Michigan so it’s probably a bit colder up where you are (around 40*F everyday here) but there are girls wearing shorts and skirts still…

This is a 100% cotton dress with a lined bodice and cream-coloured lace hem. It was one of the first items I’ve ever made which is why I’m letting it go for a pittance. It is in need of a loving owner (and a good iron). It’s made from a New Look pattern.
This dress works perfectly for Classic Lolita styles (with a blouse underneath, of course). It’s shown here with a short petticoat but is full enough to wear without one (or should preferably be worn with a longer petticoat, which most Classic Lolitas will already own). But, it’s pretty enough to wear as a casual spring dress!
I’ve worn this maybe once. It’s a pattern Size 12 (NOT the same as commercial sizing) but is a bit big on me, so it’s closer to a Medium on the S-M scale.
