Well, i’m going to this casual party and i have basically NO experience in this stuff whatsoever…

I am going to a footy game during the day in a corporate outside area, the dress code is smart casual, can I wear jeans with a nice top and maybe some tall boots?

Maybe a polo shirt(or a good knock off). It’s dressy casual. so ur safe either way and comfortable in ur own skin.

those shirts with stripes or some nice cordinated shirt with long sleeve under.try target they have these shirts that pair up with a long sleeve shirt to put under and the colors match.there liek under 20 bucks for both.try for the shirt to be kinda brownish creamy look

A party…..well.
I would say, wear a button down shirt and some sneakers.
You will look nice, but not over-dressed.
If you want to go REALLY casual, then just wear a shirt, like one you would wear to school.
But I think a button-down would look okay.
with some jeans and…just some sneakers.

I personally enjoyed the regular T-Shirt of choice with a simpler, perhaps monochromatic, button-down-the-front shirt over it, opened up all the way. Sets you apart from the plain J&T (Jeans and T-Shirt) crowd.
Or just drop the T, and go with the buttondown. Just because there’s nothing on it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t look good. In fact, it’s easier to look good in solid colors than shirts with a lot going on.

A nice button down shirt with a T-shirt underneath is very nice and casual. A polo shirt would also be nice.

Look,,all the boy needs to wear is a nice looking pair of jeans with no holes & a fresh t-shirt & nice flannel or a cotton like shirt,,like a dress shirt but not so nice.lol.Clean looking sneakers or boots.Or like a sweatcoat or sweatshirt.>>> Tell the boy to wear his best that isnt dressy. Clean with no holes.

add a little gel to you hair to create a messy look that’s tousled.

short sleeve black shirt goes with anything, you can wear long sleeve t-shirt underneath it and don’t button the 2 upper buttons. it’s classic, but still appeal to be casual and cool.

It depends on the party and how casual. It’s always better to be over-dressed than underdressed. I’d probably wear a t-shirt under a button-front shirt. Therefore if you are a little over-dressed (what with the collared shirt) you can take it off and just wear the T.

a normal white tee you can get form foot locker keep it fresh
or you can get a colored one so that it would match the color hat or shoes your wearing
